【总起文章,摆明自己的观点“健康的生活方式更重要”】
With the developement of society, life pace is quicker than any other era. Many people, especially the students, even choose to sacrifice their sleep time for study. Here comes the qusetion: Is a good score more important than a healthy life style? From my point of view, the answear is absolutely "No". And the reasons can be listed as follows.

Firstly, just as the famouse saying goes, "The first wealth is health. " （艾默生名言）Without a healthy body, you are not able to do anything else, let alone(更别说是) get good score. Secondly Nowadays, people are becoming more and more awared of the importance of health. Last but not least, a healthy lifestyle will benefit you during your entire life while good scores are just a short term thing.(健康的生活方式能造福一生,但是好的分数只是短时间的昙花一现.)

From all the factors above, we can safely come to the conclusion that a healthy lifestyle is vital and obviously of more importance than a good score. After all, no one is willing to get high scores at the cost of（at the cost of,以..为代价） health.(没有人会愿意以自己的健康为代价去换取高分数)
